Each student participating on the non-school team must be notified that their participation with the non-school team and their subsequent enrollment and attendance at the FHSAA member school at which this person is affiliated could render the student ineligible for one calendar year as per Bylaw 9.2.4 and Policy 22. The person affiliated with the FHSAA member school and the non-school team as well as each student participating on the non-school team must attest to this notification of potential ineligibility via FHSAA Form GA6.
